Our SLA-based Corporate AMC contracts include: quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority emergency breakdown response (within 4 hours for AMC clients), filter and evaporator coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure testing and top-up, electrical system inspection, condensate drain checks, and a dedicated AMC account manager as your single point of contact. Spare parts are supplied at cost price. Custom SLA terms can be agreed based on your uptime requirements.

This means you can consolidate all your building's HVAC maintenance — regardless of which brands are installed — under a single Fortune Vista Projects AMC contract, simplifying vendor management and accountability.

Yes.
